This free birth plan template will give you the basic foundation to build your birth plan on.
I would encourage you to start with your birth priorities and work through each section clockwise.
Some things you might want to think about would be how do you want to feel, how do you want the room to feel, what kind of augmentation (e.g. artificial rupture of membranes) you’d be open to, what kind of pain relief you might want if any!
